Thermostatic Control System: Automatic thermal regulation prevents overheating of vital components, allowing for care-free operation and long run times, with no heat checking required for reliable performance.
Pulse Capacitors: The heart of any Tesla coil, our fully-rated, extremely durable polypropylene pulse-capacitor bank has been perfect balanced via exhaustive experimentation to deliver the highest degree of performance possible. What is crucial to note is all Chinese-made Tesla coils and even US-made cheap imitations push their capacitors far beyond their rated limitations, even going to far as to place cooling fans on them, as if this helps the fact that the internal dielectric is quickly disintegrating. -ZX-120 Power Base: Featuring marine-grade, UV-resistant polyethylene base material, chrome steel supports and full metal through rods, the ZFX-120 base is extremely rigid and durable.
-High Quality Power Electronics: 1800A, 1200V IGBT Ultra High Frequency IGBT Module provides superior power processing, coupled with an ample sized 10″x10″ heatsink and high output 150mm fan.
-Extra Large Electrolytic Capacitor Bank: Allows for smooth, clear, pop-free audio playback for at least 10+ years to come.
-Fully Rated Pulse Capacitor Bank– Fully rated, expertly tuned and balanced for maximum efficiency and system performance. Designed to last well over a decade of 100% solid performance.
–Extremely Thick Epoxy Coated Secondary Coil: Our unique process allows for an extremely thick and durable coating, with a resulting thickness of up to 50 coats of typical polyurethane. While providing superior electrical insulation, it can also take a beating without compromising functionality.
-Spiral Copper Toroid: A 30″x6″ copper spiral toroid sets it off, allowing for production of beautiful side branches.

–Musical/Pulse Controller: This system includes a truly world-class, fiber optically isolated four-channel MIDI musical audio controller. Capable of intelligently interpreting MIDI audio with stunning clarity, individual on controller dials allow for mixing track volumes to produce the absolute best sound possible.
-Industrial Grade Variable Power Transformer: Included with this system is an industrial-grade Powerstat variable power transformer, allowing for the ultimate degree of control over spark length. Used to control input power, it also acts as a master control for balancing the two MIDI tracks. *not pictured
-Pulse-Generator: Built into the musical controller, the variable frequency pulse generator allows adjustable control over pulse frequency from 100-500HZ and duty cycle for operation in non-musical mode.
-Fiber Optic Cable: Connection from the Tesla coil to the musical controller is provided with an included 15M long fiber optic cable. This great feature helps keep the high voltage isolated for maximum performance and reliability.
-USB to MIDI Adapter: We have included a bonus USB-to-MIDI adapter for connection to a PC or Mac computer, and a collection of our best MIDI files to get you started.
